The core focus of this profile is Customer Experience, Project Demonstration, and Pre-Sales Relationship Management. You will be the face of the organization during customer visits and play a key role in ensuring every prospect experiences the warmth, professionalism, and trust that Kesar Lands stands for.
Beyond project presentations, you will support the customer's journey from inquiry to conversion by working closely with the Sales Team to create a seamless, comfortable, and confidence-building experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Hospitality
- Welcome customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Ensure a pleasant and memorable experience during site visits and meetings.
- Build rapport with customers and their families.
- Create a positive first impression of the Kesar Lands brand.
Project Presentation & Demonstration
- Conduct engaging project presentations and site walkthroughs.
- Explain project features, layouts, amenities, location advantages, and investment potential.
- Answer customer queries confidently and professionally.
- Help customers understand project offerings and suitability based on their needs.
Customer Journey Management
- Act as a key touchpoint throughout the customer journey.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and expectations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers and the Sales Team.
- Maintain customer engagement through timely communication and follow-ups.
Pre-Sales & Conversion Support
- Work closely with Sales Managers to support customer conversion.
- Build trust and confidence through personalized interactions.
- Assist in nurturing prospects from inquiry stage to booking stage.
- Contribute towards improving customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
Coordination & Documentation
- Maintain customer visit records and follow-up details.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and site visits.
- Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams.
