Collect and label samples of raw materials for quality testing.
- Coordinate with the quality team for approval or rejection of materials
- Ensure proper unloading of materials into designated storage areas (silos or godowns)
- Record gross weight, tare weight, and net weight using weighbridge data
- Enter all intake details accurately into registers or computer systems
- Maintain daily records of material intake and stock updates
- Coordinate with production and store teams for material availability
- Assist in stock checking and physical inventory when required
- Maintain discipline and smooth flow of vehicles at the intake area
- Follow company policies and feed mill operational standards
- Follow safety procedures during unloading and handling operations
