Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards in the retail store.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper display and arrangement of products in the store.
- Handle billing and cash transactions when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Manage stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer complaints or escalate them to management.
- Follow company policies and store procedures.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (billing/POS systems preferred).
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years experience in jewellery line sector (freshers can also apply).
Salary
- Salary will be as per company standards or based on experience.
- Incentives may be provided based on sales performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
