Role Description:
Lead and support multiple digital transformation programmes running onsite and offshore. This is a multi-faceted LSA role and requires you to be aware of the various aspects of Pega solution delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Leading technical delivery of projects

Thought leadership on Pega technology, methodology and best practices

Designing complex, scalable, performant and secure systems

Liaising with customers and helping them achieve their business objectives

Working with multiple stakeholders and giving them advice and direction when needed

Working with onsite and offshore teams and ensuring progress to plan

Ensuring the quality of the delivered solution

Addressing issues and situation management
Prerequisites:
- Pega CLSA certified

6+ years of industry experience

Strong consulting and communication skills

Good thought leadership, technology, client-facing skills

Experienced with Agile and DevOps

Must have very good attention to detail

Self-motivated and good team player

Willing to travel for onsite assignments

Public sector or telco domain knowledge would be beneficial
