Key Responsibilities
1. Buyer Communication & Order Management
- Receive and review buyer inquiries and purchase orders
- Prepare product costing and quotations
- Confirm orders and create Time & Action (T&A) plans
- Maintain regular communication with buyers regarding order status
2. Sampling & Development
- Coordinate sample development (Fit sample, PP sample, Size set, Shipment sample)
- Arrange fabric and trim sourcing for sampling
- Ensure buyer approvals at each stage
3. Production Coordination
- Work closely with production, planning, and quality teams
- Monitor production progress and resolve delays
- Ensure on-time shipment of orders
4. Costing & Planning
- Prepare detailed garment costing (fabric, trims, CM, overheads)
- Monitor order profitability
- Coordinate delivery schedules with the planning team
5. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure buyer specifications are followed
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections
- Ensure compliance with buyer and factory standards
6. Documentation & Shipment
- Verify purchase orders (POs)
- Coordinate invoice, packing list, and shipping documents
- Follow up on shipment schedules
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field
- 2– 3years of experience in garment manufacturing or export house (preferred)
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal English)
- Knowledge of garment production processes
- Understanding of fabrics and trims
- Costing and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
