- Monitor and ensure effective execution of all training programs
- Ensure adherence to curriculum, schedules, and quality standards
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of training centers
- Manage relationships with training partners, institutions, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with TNASDCH guidelines
- Resolve operational challenges in coordination with partners
- Drive enrolment, attendance, and certification targets
- Monitor regional performance metrics and take corrective actions
- Improve retention and training outcomes
- Coordinate with TNSDC and other government departments
- Ensure effective rollout of schemes like Naan Mudhalvan
- Represent TNASDCH in official meetings and reviews
- Build partnerships with hospitals and medical colleges
- Facilitate MoUs and execution of training programs
- Ensure continuous engagement with partner institutions
- Submit timely reports, dashboards, and MIS data
- Identify gaps and implement corrective measures
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
