Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of mechanical design, fabrication, sheet metal, structures, assemblies, and manufacturing processes.
· Understanding of refrigeration, HVAC, thermal systems, insulation, or cold chain applications will be an advantage.
· Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
· Ability to prepare detailed drawings, BOMs, layouts, and technical documents.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Practical understanding of manufacturing constraints, material selection, and cost optimization.
· Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· High ownership, attention to detail, and execution orientation.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
