Job Title: Junior Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, execution, and supervision of civil construction activities.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and other project teams.
- Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship as per project standards.
- Assist in quantity estimation, measurements, BOQ preparation, and material requirements.
- Review civil, structural, and architectural drawings and identify site-level discrepancies.
- Ensure construction activities follow approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily progress reports.
- Support senior engineers in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Monitor concrete, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and other civil works.
- Assist in preparing measurement sheets, work orders, and contractor bills.
- Track material consumption and minimize material wastage.
- Coordinate for inspections, testing, and rectification of quality issues.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, records, checklists, and reports.
- Support snagging, quality checks, and handover activities.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of RCC, structural, finishing, and building construction works.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good site supervision and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
