Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor who can produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, and product promotions. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, editing pace, and social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create long-form promotional, corporate, and YouTube videos.
- Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio cleanup, and sound design.
- Design engaging thumbnails and social media creatives when required.
- Use AI tools to improve editing speed and content quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to execute campaigns.
- Organize project files and maintain a structured editing workflow.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest editing techniques and social media trends.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong experience in editing short-form content (Reels, Shorts, social media videos).
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Experience with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI editing tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo, or ChatGPT is a plus.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also apply).
- Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Film, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media and promotional videos is mandatory.
