Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments, behavioral evaluations, and diagnostic screenings.
Provide individual therapy, counseling, and behavioral intervention sessions.
Develop individualized treatment and intervention plans.
Work with children, adolescents, adults, and families based on service requirements.
Prepare psychological reports, case documentation, and progress notes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals including special educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and medical professionals.
Conduct parent guidance and psychoeducation sessions.
Support clients with:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
ADHD
Learning Disabilities
Anxiety and emotional difficulties
Behavioral concerns
Developmental disorders
Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with RCI guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Master’s Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Rehabilitation Psychology.
Valid RCI License mandatory.
MPhil Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of psychological assessments and intervention strategies.
Experience
Freshers with valid RCI license may apply.
Prior experience in clinics, rehabilitation centers, schools, hospitals, or mental health settings preferred.
