Key Responsibilities
Contact customers by phone or visit them regarding overdue payments.
Remind customers about pending EMIs, loan installments, or credit card dues.
Negotiate repayment plans based on the customer's financial situation.
Follow up regularly until payments are received.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collections.
Coordinate with branch staff and other departments for account updates.
Ensure all collection activities comply with bank policies and legal regulations.
Escalate difficult or high-risk cases to senior collection officers when necessary.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
