Job Role: Technical Manager
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma in Engineering
Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Faculty / Teaching Experience Required
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Timing: 9:15 AM – 5:15 PM/10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate technical training programs.
- Train and mentor students/trainees in technical subjects.
- Develop training materials, lesson plans, and practical sessions.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide guidance for improvement.
- Ensure smooth execution of classroom and lab activities.
- Support curriculum development and technical content preparation.
- Coordinate with management regarding training schedules and requirements.
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant domain.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage batches and handle trainees effectively.
- Good leadership and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
