We have opportunity for Lab Technician who have good experience of Gauges and calibration.
- Metrology lab inspection (handling all precise machines) and Gauge & Instrument calibration
- In depth knowledge of all metrology equipment like CMM, Contour machine, surface roughness, roundness machine, Trimos, Millipore equipment etc.
- Hands on basic instruments like vernier, micrometre, bore gauges etc.
- Gauge planning of NPDs and gauge procurement from mfg. supplier.
- Drawing reading & knowledge of GD&T.
- Calibration activity of all instruments, gauges.
- ISIR of inhouse machined components, supplier parts and provide timely feedback.
- Set up approval / in process inspection and report preparation.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
