Position: Center Head
Location: Panipat
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
About the Role
The Center Head will be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the preschool. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to oversee academics, operations, admissions, and parent relations while ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for every child.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool.
- Lead and supervise teachers and support staff.
- Ensure smooth implementation of the academic curriculum.
- Drive admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
- Counsel prospective parents and manage parent relationships.
- Monitor classroom quality, hygiene, and child safety.
- Plan and execute school events and activities.
- Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth center operations.
- Foster a positive, child-friendly, and professional work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in preschool, school, or educational management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage teams, operations, and parent interactions effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
