Quality Supervisor

Job Summary
Nakoda Power Green Energy Limited is looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Supervisor to oversee quality control activities, ensure product compliance with quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise daily quality inspection activities.
- Ensure products meet company and customer quality requirements.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of products.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures.
- Train shop-floor employees on quality requirements and best practices.
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of quality inspection tools and techniques.
- Good understanding of quality systems, documentation, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
