Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen HAUL's online presence, generate quality B2B leads, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial or manufacturing marketing and be capable of managing end-to-end digital campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Plan monthly digital marketing calendars.
Website & SEO
- Manage and update the company website.
- Improve organic search rankings through SEO best practices.
- Monitor website performance and user behavior using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with developers for website improvements.
Social Media Management
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Publish product launches, customer success stories, factory updates, and industry insights.
- Increase follower engagement and brand awareness.
Content Creation
- Develop blogs, case studies, brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and product landing pages.
- Coordinate product photography and promotional videos.
- Work with design teams to create high-quality marketing materials.
Lead Generation
- Generate qualified B2B leads through digital channels.
- Manage CRM lead flow and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up.
- Track lead conversion metrics and optimize campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs including website traffic, leads, conversions, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data analysis.
Branding
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms.
- Support dealer marketing initiatives.
- Manage online reputation and customer reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in B2B manufacturing or industrial equipment marketing is preferred.
