We are hiring Business Development Managers (BDM) for a reputed company in Rajkot through our placement services. The candidate will be responsible for client handling, business growth, lead generation, and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular client meetings for presentations, discussions, and relationship building
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups
- Generate leads through referrals, social media, and prospecting activities
- Focus on customer retention through personalized service and problem-solving
- Achieve monthly business targets and maintain detailed reports of field activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client communication and project execution
Skills Required:
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strong communication, marketing, and negotiation skills
- Confident personality with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to build long-term trust with clients
- Willingness to travel within Rajkot for client meetings
Qualification:

BBA / MBA (Marketing) / BCom / Any Graduate preferred.
Experience:
- Fresher / Junior Executive: 0 to 2 Years
- Senior BDM: 2+ Years
Pay:
₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month + Incentives
