Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating business opportunities through a combination of tele-calling, follow-ups, business development visits, networking, and on-ground lead generation activities. The role requires a proactive individual who can identify potential customers, engage them effectively, and create a strong pipeline for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Tele Sales & Lead Qualification
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company databases, marketing campaigns, references, and self-generated leads.
- Understand customer requirements and assess their interest level.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, or consultations for the sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Re-engage dormant or inactive leads.
Performance Metrics
- Minimum call volume targets per day.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Number of appointments/site visits scheduled.
- Lead-to-meeting conversion ratio.
- Number of business development visits conducted.
- Number of leads generated through business development activities.
- Quality and conversion potential of generated leads.
2. Marketing & Business Development
- Conduct business development in assigned territories to identify potential customers.
- Visit residential communities, commercial establishments, business parks, retail locations, exhibitions, events, and networking forums.
- Generate direct leads through personal interaction and relationship building.
- Build referral networks with local businesses, channel partners, and influencers.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
3. Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Maintain a systematic lead tracking process.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all assigned and self-generated leads.
- Update lead status regularly in the CRM system.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects.
4. Customer Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers.
- Build trust and rapport through professional communication.
- Address initial customer queries and concerns.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during the pre-sales stage.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
5. Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly consultation targets.
- Contribute to overall business growth through pipeline development.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue objectives.
6. Working Schedule
Working Days - Wednesday to MondayWeekly Off – Tuesday
· Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory working days.
· Candidates should be comfortable working on weekends as these are key business days.

- Graduate preferred.
- Relevant sales or marketing qualifications will be an advantage.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Tele Sales, Pre-Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented attitude may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in tele-calling and face-to-face interactions.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Conveyance Reimbursement Policy

Guidelines:
- Reimbursement will be based on actual expenses or approved rates.
- Travel records and supporting documents may be required.
- Claims must be submitted within the prescribed timeline.
- Daily commuting between home and office is not eligible for reimbursement.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
