Talent Acquisition Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities :
· End-to-end recruitment process for oil & gas, petrochemical, refining, and hydrocarbon industries.
· Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in EPC projects across onshore and offshore locations.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on candidate selection criteria.
· Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.
Job Requirements :
· 2-3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
· Strong understanding of EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) projects in the energy sector.
· Experience working with clients from various industries including oil, gas, petrochemicals, refineries, and hydrocarbons.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
