- Welcome guests warmly and guide them to seating areas
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options clearly
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly
- Serve food and beverages as per service standards and hygiene norms
- Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and properly maintained at all times
- Attend to guest requirements, complaints, and special requests politely and efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per company and statutory guidelines
- Handle bills and payment processes accurately (if assigned)
- Adhere to park safety rules, grooming standards, and operational procedures
- Support team members during high guest footfall and special events

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food court is an advantage
- Freshers with good attitude and willingness to learn may be considered
