Job Summary:
We are looking for a Branch Head – Retail Pharmacy to oversee and manage the daily operations of our pharmacy sales. The Branch Head will be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring smooth operational efficiency at the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including retail and wholesale sales.
- Lead and manage branch staff – ensure productivity, discipline, and team motivation.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and product availability.
- Handle customer follow-up, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage service issues effectively.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely procurement and delivery.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Identify opportunities for business development and market expansion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Surgical/Medical Equipment or Pharmaceutical branch operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems preferred.
