- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Oversee facility management, including housekeeping, maintenance, internet, utilities, and office infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and service requirements.
- Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely invoice processing.
- Monitor and manage office inventory, stationery, pantry supplies, and procurement activities.
- Maintain and organize administrative records, contracts, invoices, and office documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee administration and facility-related requests.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and external vendors to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, safety standards, and workplace guidelines.
- Conduct regular office audits and proactively identify areas for process improvement.
- Support management with office expansion, infrastructure setup, and special administrative projects.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and MIS related to office administration and operations.
