Role Summary
This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing the complete sales cycle along with client engagement, basic project coordination, and techno-functional involvement. The role requires regular interaction with existing and new clients, understanding business requirements, and ensuring smooth execution of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT sales activities independently, from client meetings to closure
- Meet and engage with existing clients to understand ongoing requirements and identify additional opportunities
- Generate new business leads through client interactions and referrals
- Understand client business needs and map them to appropriate IT solutions
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal technical teams
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution discussions, and basic technical walkthroughs
- Coordinate and manage assigned projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Track project milestones, follow-ups, and dependencies
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and documentation
- Handle client negotiations and commercial discussions
- Maintain sales pipeline, project status updates, and MIS reports
- Ensure smooth post-sales coordination and issue resolution
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, solution selling, or techno-functional roles
- Exposure to project coordination or basic project management in IT environments
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Self-driven, organised, and accountable for individual deliverables

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
