**Job Overview:**
- Edit and deliver high-quality short-form ad content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form promotional videos, brand films, and campaign content.
- Apply precise color grading, audio mixing, and finishing using Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve to ensure every output is polished and platform-ready.
- Design and animate motion graphics, title sequences, lower thirds, transitions, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
- Create dynamic animated ad creatives for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
**Tasks & Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain reusable motion templates and asset libraries to streamline production workflows.
- Partner with the Creative ADs team during concept development to translate briefs and storyboards into compelling, high-impact video content.
- Explore and implement AI-powered tools and emerging editing techniques to optimize production speed and output quality.
- Continuously raise the creative bar — delivering content that cuts through the noise and drives real engagement across digital platforms.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve for editing, color grading, and finishing.
- Strong command of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing ad edits, motion graphics, social media content, and promotional videos.
- Deep understanding of what makes short-form and long-form video content perform across different platforms.
- Sharp eye for design aesthetics, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Familiarity with AI video/editing tools (Gemini, Runway, etc.) is a bonus.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
