Responsibility:
- Guest Service: Greet customers, present menus, explain specials, and answer ingredient questions.
- Order Execution: Take orders accurately, enter items into POS systems, and serve food and drinks promptly.
- Table Maintenance: Set up tables, clear dirty dishes, polish cutlery, and sanitize dining surfaces.
- Cash Handling: Process cash, card, and mobile payments accurately and issue receipts to guests.
- Area Upkeep: Restock service stations, wipe down condiment bottles, and maintain overall dining room cleanliness.
Requirements :
- Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays up to 15 kg.
- Communication: Clear verbal skills to interact with diverse guests and coordinate with kitchen staff.
- Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Certifications: Valid local food handling certification and responsible service of alcohol permit if required.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
