JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTANT CUM CLERK
Position: Accountant cum Clerk
Location: As Assigned
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Functions
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain cash book, bank book, and petty cash records.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Support preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory records.
- Maintain records related to payroll and employee expenses.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts and administrative work preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
