Job Title: Pharmacy Faculty / Tutor
Location: Calicut
Educational Qualification
- B.Pharm / Pharm.D / M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Prior teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong subject knowledge in pharmacy-related topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online and offline classes as per the academic schedule.
- Monitor and guide students attending both online and offline sessions.
- Prepare study materials, presentations, assignments, and practice questions.
- Create and evaluate mock tests, assessments, and examinations.
- Address student doubts and provide academic support.
- Track student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and course objectives.
- Maintain discipline and a professional learning environment during classes.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams regarding student requirements.
- Submit regular academic reports and updates to the management.
Offline Class Management
- Conduct classroom sessions for students attending offline batches.
- Ensure proper attendance and engagement of offline students.
- Provide individual academic support and mentoring when required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and learning standards.
Reporting Structure
- Report directly to the Academic Head/Management.
- Attend review meetings and submit performance reports as required.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online teaching platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Working Hours
- As per the academic schedule and institutional requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
