ChatSpark is a 1:1 audio calling platform available on the Play Store, focused on delivering safe, high-quality, and engaging user experiences.
Job Responsibilities
● Monitor and evaluate audio calls, chats, and user interactions to ensure quality and policy compliance.
● Review creator and user activity for adherence to platform guidelines
● Identify quality issues, behavioral risks, and policy violations
● Prepare quality reports and share actionable insights with operations and support teams
● Work closely with the moderation, support, and operations teams to improve overall platform quality
● Maintain documentation of quality standards, SOPs, and review processes
● Escalate critical issues related to user safety, abuse, or non-compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Prior experience in Quality Analysis, Moderation, or Customer Support (app or platform experience preferred)
● Strong attention to detail and ability to make unbiased, accurate assessments
● Good communication and reporting skills
● Ability to handle sensitive content professionally
● Comfortable working in shifts and fast-paced environments
Preferred Skills
● Experience with audio/chat moderation platforms
● Knowledge of community guidelines and content policies
● Ability to analyze trends and recurring quality issues
● Proficiency in English and Hindi is a plus
