APAC Continuous Improvement Coordinator
We are working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, innovative, and driven leaders.
Are you excited about taking responsibility for working with a team that is focused on developing best-in-class travel and meeting programs for tech company employees? Our Business Management Office (BMO) team is comprised of business management professionals with extensive industry experience, based around the world.
The APAC Continuous Improvement Coordinator serves as the regional point of contact for Process Excellence work across the APAC time zone. Reporting to the AMER-based Process Excellence Manager, this role executes established processes and SOPs during APAC business hours; maintains operational data; and collects regional inputs and feedback to inform the global Continuous Improvement function. In this role you will support the BMO's mission through reliable regional execution and data management; this role informs global strategy through regional input, but does not set or own it. It offers a structured path for professional development and serves as an ideal launching pad for a career in business operations.
