Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, PMC firms, and contractors.
- Generate leads through site visits, networking, referrals, and project tracking, and manage the pipeline from enquiry to order closure.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate windows, doors, and façade solutions, coordinating with the technical/design team on specifications and quotations.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Track project timelines, specifications, and tenders to position the company early in the decision cycle.
- Coordinate with operations, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging product trends.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activity in CRM/reporting systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2B sales / business development experience in building materials, fenestration (UPVC/aluminium windows & doors), glass façades, or allied construction products.
- Strong network among architects, builders, developers, and contractors is a major advantage.
- Sound understanding of fenestration products, glazing systems, façade specifications, and reading of architectural/site drawings.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Architecture / Business preferred); MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings; valid driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹302,980.81 - ₹1,517,361.64 per year
