About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales for our Automation Suite, an enterprise platform for process automation, document management, workflow automation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to SAP and other ERP ecosystems and experience selling B2B enterprise technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of the Automation Suite to mid-market and enterprise customers
- Identify and engage prospects using SAP and other ERP platforms
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
- Understand customer business processes and position the Automation Suite to address automation, document management, workflow, and compliance requirements
- Work closely with pre-sales and product teams to develop value-driven solution proposals
- Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP and exposure to other ERP systems (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Proven experience in B2B enterprise software sales
- Understanding of enterprise automation, document management, workflow automation, compliance, and digital transformation solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage CXOs, IT heads, business leaders, and other key stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling enterprise automation platforms, document management systems (DMS), workflow automation, ECM, or enterprise SaaS solutions
- Experience working with ERP-focused customers
- Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset
