Location: Manufacturing Plant
Reporting To: HR Manager / Plant Head
Experience: 3–6 Years in Manufacturing / Plant Environment
Qualification: B.Com, or Graduate with relevant experience
Job Summary
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR and administrative activities at the plant. The role includes manpower management, employee relations, statutory compliance support, attendance and payroll coordination, recruitment, onboarding, and overall administration of plant facilities to ensure smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
· Manage recruitment activities for plant manpower, operators, technicians, and staff positions.
· Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and employee onboarding.
· Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
· Monitor attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling.
· Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and overtime data.
· Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
· Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
· Assist in training and development programs for plant employees.
· Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Administration
· Manage housekeeping, security, canteen, transportation, and other facility services.
· Monitor vendor performance related to administrative services.
· Handle office administration, stationery, uniforms, ID cards, and employee welfare facilities.
· Maintain records of company assets and administrative expenses.
· Coordinate plant events, meetings, and employee welfare activities.
· Ensure smooth functioning of all administrative operations within the plant.
Compliance & Statutory Support
· Assist in compliance related to Labour Laws, Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and Contract Labour regulations.
· Coordinate with contractors for statutory compliance documentation.
· Maintain statutory registers and records as required.
· Support audits and inspections by government authorities.
Required Skills
· Knowledge of HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
· Understanding of Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, and Factory compliance.
· Experience in attendance and payroll coordination.
· Strong employee relations and communication skills.
· Good administrative and vendor management skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
· Ability to work independently in a plant environment.
