Admission Counsellor / Telecaller
We Shine Academy is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Admission Counsellor / Telecaller.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and parents through phone calls.
- Explain our courses, programs, fees, and admission process.
- Understand students’ requirements and guide them toward suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular communication and update enquiry/follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned admission and calling targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build a positive relationship with students and parents.
Eligibility
- Freshers can apply.
- Experienced candidates are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil communication skills preferred.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Salary
Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and performance.
