Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records and update customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/collection targets.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi/local language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive attitude and ability to work with targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
