- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Maintain and update customer records in the database/CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality
- Support sales and marketing efforts by identifying potential leads or upsell opportunities
- Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint
- Meet performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and retention
