Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the IT infrastructure across our manufacturing units in Vasai and Boisar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware, networking, end-user support, ERP, and IT asset management in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Manage user accounts, email configuration, access permissions, and Microsoft 365.
- Support ERP/SAP users by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and inventory records.
- Ensure regular data backups, antivirus updates, and IT security compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, procurement, and IT infrastructure upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and maintain CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and IP phones.
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and service logs.
- Provide on-site IT support at both Vasai and Boisar manufacturing units as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an IT Executive, IT Support Engineer, or a similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN networking, printers, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with ERP/SAP support is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic server administration is an added advantage.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel between Vasai and Boisar plants.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
