Quality Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities (Sheet Metal)
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of sheet metal components.
- Read engineering drawings and inspect using measuring instruments.
- Ensure quality during cutting, bending, welding, and assembly processes.
- Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records and support internal quality audits.
- Coordinate with production to improve quality and reduce rework.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. / Production
- 1–3 years of experience in sheet metal quality.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, and measuring instruments.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
