Job Summary
Canam Consultants Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to connect with prospective students, generate leads, schedule counselling appointments, and provide basic information about our overseas education services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally.
- Explain the company's services and guide candidates regarding counselling.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Schedule appointments for counsellors.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM regularly.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Key Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of telecalling, customer service, or sales experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Punjabi will be an added advantage).
