Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and track inventory levels
- Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch and delivery
- Place orders with vendors and follow up on supply
- Manage customer relationships and handle escalations
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and daily operations
- Support strategic planning to improve operational efficiency
