Job Summary
- To manage school budget & Revenue growth by various marketing promotion plan
- To manage Notice board & communication to staff & parents
- To recruit teachers & staff members as per manpower plan
- To maintain statutory & regulatory compliances wrt to school records, Notice board – Legal compliances, Company returns & other compliances.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To provide a safe , hygienic environment to staff and students to prevent medical illness and accidents
- To provide infrastructure fixtures and furniture, equipment teaching aids, playgrounds, school garden, etc and other properly for effective learning
- To interact with parents to build a professional bond and trust for business growth
- To plan & execute curriculum & school timetable, allocation of duties as per laid guidelines intervene, review and initiate improvement interventions for staff
- To ensure fee Collection, issuance of Uniform, New Kits, etc at the beginning of the new academic session
To conduct Midterm & annual assessment of students & Result declaration.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation / Post Graduation/B.ed/NTT
