About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Assistant Sales Manager – Cold Chain Logistics to drive business growth, client acquisition, and market expansion across the assigned region. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales expertise in cold chain, pharma, healthcare, or temperature-controlled logistics, along with the ability to build strategic customer relationships and deliver high-quality logistics solutions for temperature-sensitive shipments.
Responsibilities
- Own and achieve regional sales targets and revenue budgets
- Drive new client acquisition while ensuring high client retention
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, pharma companies, diagnostic labs, hospitals.
- Promote cold chain logistics solutions including temperature-controlled logistics services.
- Understand customer requirements for frozen, chilled, and ambient shipment movements and propose suitable logistics solutions
- Ensure alignment with cold chain compliance standards, shipment handling protocols, and temperature monitoring requirements
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of temperature-sensitive shipments
- Support clients with cold chain packaging solutions, reefer transportation, and last-mile cold delivery requirements
- Monitor location-wise revenue performance and share periodic reports with management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, geographies, and industry segments
- Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration and profitability
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the cold chain and healthcare logistics industry
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, MIS reports, and client performance data
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value corporate deals
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and service coordination
Vacancy locations
Preferred experience
- 4 - 6 years in Cold chain, temperature controlled, Pharma or Diagnostics sector.
Preferred skillset
- Strong understanding of cold chain operations, reefer transportation, and temperature-sensitive shipments.
- Knowledge of pharma/healthcare logistics compliance and handling standards is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience in sales reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to travel across the assigned region as required.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
