Role Overview
We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-friendly Store Executive with a positive personality and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting products, and contributing to store sales and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home décor products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and product benefits.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Handle billing, POS operations, cash/card payments, and basic documentation.
- Maintain proper product display, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the backend/store team for inventory requirements.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain daily sales and store operation reports.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store functioning.

- Retail, luxury retail, home décor, fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality experience will be an advantage.
