Key Responsibilities
- Managing international B2B voice processes and client interactions
- Communicating with prospective and existing international clients
- Drafting professional business emails and follow-up communications
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Understanding client requirements and presenting suitable solutions
- Participating in pricing discussions, negotiations, and business conversations
- Conducting market research and lead-generation activities
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and business activities
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing
- Achieving business development and sales targets

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply
- 1–5 years of experience in International Business Development, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or International Voice Process will be an advantage
- Comfortable communicating with international clients on calls and emails
- Strong learning attitude, confidence, and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to think logically and handle business conversations professionally
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and career-focused

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday – 9 Working Hours
- Saturday – 4.5 Working Hours
- Hybrid Working Structure:
- 5 Hours Work from Office (Day Shift)
- 4 Hours Work from Home (Night Shift – Fixed Schedule)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
