Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Node.js & Express.js
- Design and implement RESTful APIs
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT
- Build real-time features using Socket.IO
- Work with MongoDB for schema design, queries, and performance optimization
- Integrate and manage Firebase services (Auth, Push Notifications, Firestore, etc.)
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with frontend and QA teams while handling backend ownership independently
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of core experience in Node.js (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience with Express.js
- Solid understanding of JWT-based authentication
- Proficiency in MongoDB
- Experience with Socket.IO for real-time communication
- Hands-on experience with Firebase
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
- Immediate or short-notice joiners
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
