Student Relationship Executive
Job Location:
Santacruz West, Mumbai
- Manage student queries, coordination, app-related concerns, and onboarding support to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Maintain end-to-end MIS, student records, feedback reports, exit call data, fee follow-ups, and collection records using Excel and internal software.
- Drive student retention through regular communication, timely issue resolution, and professional relationship management with students, parents, and teachers.
- Coordinate with branch staff and faculty to ensure smooth day-to-day academy operations and adherence to academic schedules.
- Conduct regular branch visits to monitor class operations, discipline, cleanliness, branding, teacher punctuality, and overall presentation standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports, highlight observations, and escalate urgent operational or maintenance concerns to management.
- Ensure all branch activities and operational processes comply with company SOPs and quality standards.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting

Minimum Qualification: Graduation
Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 10AM to 7PM
On the days of the events, the working days & timings will be kept flexible. Also, overtime / working on a Sunday will be compensated in the very next week.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
