We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, manage the workforce, coordinate with internal teams, ensure product quality, and supervise packaging and dispatch activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily manufacturing and production activities.
- Manage labour teams and shop-floor operations.
- Coordinate order execution and production schedules.
- Ensure quality standards and timely completion of orders.
- Oversee packaging and dispatch processes.
- Maintain production efficiency and workflow.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, fabrication, packaging, or assembly operations.
- Experience handling labour teams and production processes.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Warehouse supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
