Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced QMS Manager to manage and maintain the organization’s Quality Management System. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing audits, and improving internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality policies.
* Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
* Prepare and maintain SOPs, quality manuals, and documentation.
* Monitor quality performance and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Provide training to employees on quality procedures and standards.
* Coordinate with different departments to ensure process improvement and compliance.
Requirements:
* Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MBA / Quality Management related field
* Strong knowledge of ISO standards and QMS processes
* Good documentation and analytical skills
* Strong leadership and coordination abilities
Preferred:
ISO Lead Auditor certification will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
