We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Finance and Business Studies Lecturer with a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, developing course materials, and fostering an engaging learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures in Finance and Business Studies subjects as per curriculum guidelines
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Facilitate classroom discussions and encourage critical thinking
- Stay updated with current trends and developments in finance and business
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress
- Support students with academic guidance and mentoring
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and institutional activities
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Finance and/or Business Studies
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Working Time
- Monday to Friday 8 AM - 3 PM
- Saturdays 8 AM - 12 PM
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
