Min. 1 -3 years of experience in accounting or finance support roles
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations. The role involves invoice processing, bill entries, bank reconciliations, documentation, and assisting the finance team with routine accounting and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts Payable & Invoice Processing
Entry of vendor bills and purchase invoices in the accounting system
Verification of supporting documents before processing payments
Coordinating with internal departments for bill approvals
Maintaining vendor records and supporting documents
2. Bank & Ledger Reconciliations
Preparing bank reconciliation statements on a periodic basis
Tracking payments, receipts, and outstanding entries
Assisting in reconciliation of vendor and customer ledgers
3. Payment Processing Support
Preparing payment working sheets
Coordinating for approvals of vendor payments
Maintaining records of payments made
4. Documentation & Record Management
Maintaining proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents
Ensuring documentation is organized for audit and compliance
5. Miscellaneous Accounting Support
Assisting the finance team in routine accounting tasks
Data entry and updating records in accounting software / ERP
Supporting audit requirements by providing documents and data
Any other finance-related work assigned from time to time
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage routine accounting tasks efficiently
Good communication skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
