Summary:
We are looking for a Windows Support Engineer with 1 year of experience to assist in troubleshooting and resolving Windows-related issues. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, software installations, and system troubleshooting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for Windows 10/11 issues, including system crashes, slow performance, and software errors.
- Assist in installing, updating, and configuring Windows applications.
Support user account management using Active Directory (AD) (password resets, account unlocks).
- Help diagnose and resolve printer and peripheral connectivity issues.
- Run basic PowerShell commands for system diagnostics.
- Monitor and report Windows update status and basic patch compliance issues.
- Log, track, and update tickets in the IT service management system.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for issue resolution.
- Escalate complex problems to senior team members as needed.
